Proof of Insurance - Requirements
This list of vendors have done work in Assembly Park with satisfactory recommendations.
This list is not definitive and you can use any contractor with the appropriate Delavan Lake Association (DLA) required Proof of Insurance.
Per Article IV, Paragraph 6 a
Contractor liability insurance, vehicle insurance and workman's compensation insurance (where required under applicable law), in each case naming Delavan Lake Assembly as the certificate holder and must be provided to the CAC prior to the approval of any work to be done.
Note: Please visit the State of Wisconsin's website for Department of Worker Development, for Worker's Compensation Insurance Requirements.
Paragraph 6 b
Proof of Insurance is required for Emergency Repairs when the contractors work could present a potential safety hazard and shall be provided as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within in five (5) business days-after any such Emergency Repair is started.
