Assembly Park is 2,255 miles from Redwood City, California.
Held for over 60 years. Lots of fun, food, games and rides for all ages. A party in the park for the park. In the past there was Cash Raffle, One legged race, Water ballon toss, Cake Walk, Music / dancing, Games for all ages, pop, beer and brats or beefs. The first Arbor Day celebration was held in 1940 and has continued to this day.

Friday Sept 15: AP Golf Outing at Delbrook 9:00 -18 Hole Shotgun/Scramble. $60. includes a cart and a goody bag!. There are only 40 spots available, so gather your friends and get signed up! (There will be a link to pay in advance-or you can pay by check to the Auxiliary)

Friday Eve, Picnic in the Park-Pig Roast! -Beginning at 5:30-Tim McDermott-Resident Chef, will cook up some pulled pork and brisket, along with some delicious sides. $20 adults, $10 kids under 12.
Saturday September 16: ARBOR DAY EVENTS ALL DAY! The events include Pony rides, Inflatables, Music by Jeff and Kurt, Games, cake walk, Bingo, DJ and dancing, Raffles and of course lots of food and drink! There will be a schedule of events up in the Mail room. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! Please check the lists and see where you can help!
Arbor Day Bags Tournament- WE NEED A CHAIR PERSON- to organize this or we won't be able to do it this year.

RAFFLE PRIZES: Anyone who would like to donate raffle prizes can you bring them to Jeannie LaMarre 1623 Potawatomi, the raffle drawing will be at 4 o’clock on Arbor Day. There’s also cash raffle for $10 each, the grand prize is $125.
WINE PULL: Wine donations of $20+ plus bottles of, can be delivered to Mae Mohr.
